Volunteer for Ignite Kids
For the next twelve months we are working with the Orange Kids Curriculum. All lessons are prepared and resources provided. Training is provided for leaders, so that every leader feels confident to work within their team to run a Sunday lesson.
What Ignite Kids need…
Volunteers in all capacities to create Ignite Kids Teams
- Facilitators – to help lead Sunday lessons
- Assistants – people to assist with the lesson (craft, reading, games, connecting with kids)
- Prayers – people to pray for our kids and leaders during the week (and Sunday too!)
I hope to have enough volunteers so that each team (hopefully with the same members) are only required to serve a maximum of two times in a ten week term – which is eight times a year!
THAT’S ONLY TWENTY MINUTES PREPARATION DURING THE WEEK AND THEN A SUNDAY MORNING THAT WE ARE ASKING OF YOU
I believe that intergenerational connection and serving is vital at Ignite Kids. Please don’t feel you are too old or not energetic enough for our teams. We will work with all talents and abilities to fulfil the great commission in our church community.
